Clean Recovery Centers Now Testing all Clients and Employees for COVID-19 and Antibody to Minimize Risk of Exposure

Tampa, FL, May 20, 2020 – As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to be a risk to the Tampa Bay community, Clean Recovery Centers has implemented new testing protocols, increasing its effort to minimize exposure to employees and clients.

With the assistance of Ammon Labs, all clients, employees, and contractors of Clean Recovery Centers will be tested for COVID-19 and IgG Antibody prior to admission/care. The new COVID-19 Antibody IgG test is a chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay used for the qualitative detection of IgG antibodies to SARS-CoV-2.

Ammon Labs is committed to running their toxicology and blood Lab 24/7 while they continue to provide screening testing results within 9 hours and confirmation results within 25 hours. These timely results will allow clients in dire need of detoxification to be admitted to the facility as quickly as possible.

“We are following CDC guidelines as we continuously expand our efforts to minimize risk within our facilities and community,” said CEO Shayne Sundholm. “These tests are another layer of confidence that we are doing as much as we can to fight this pandemic.”

Clean Recovery Centers COVID-19 Policies and Procedures continue to expand as new learnings and technologies are known. The addition of blanket testing will provide peace-of-mind to clients who are already suffering from anxiety that often accompanies addiction.

Clean Recovery Centers Offers COVID-19 Testing for Clients

Tampa, FL, March 26, 2020 — As part of its ongoing efforts to help combat the COVID-19 virus, Clean Recovery Centers now offers testing for its clients and staff who may be at high risk or symptomatic. “It’s an additional precaution, should it be needed, to help ensure that existing and newly admitted clients and staff are safe,” said CEO Shayne Sundholm. “It is comforting to know we at least have access to these tests. Our COVID-19 Policies and Procedures precludes any new or existing client or staff member from entering any Clean Recovery Centers facilities or residences should they show any signs, symptoms, or have had possible exposure to COVID-19. That said, should the need arise for whatever circumstance, we do have the ability to test. Of course, whatever option has the fastest turnaround time in terms of results will be utilized, whether that is here or at local testing facilities,” he added.

Those wanting to admit into our center who answer affirmatively to the prescreening questions regarding COVID-19 symptoms and criteria will not be permitted into our facilities or residences until such time as it is certain that they are negative for COVID-19. These people will be offered telemedicine services. Any existing client or staff member that our medical team determines should be tested, will not be permitted into our facilities again until such time as we know that the test is negative for COVID-19.

CLEAN RECOVERY CENTERS IS NOW IN-NETWORK WITH CIGNA, BEACON AND FIRST HEALTH

Tampa, FL, August 27, 2019 – Clean Recovery Centers is pleased to announce that they are now In-Network with Cigna, Beacon and First Health. “This is very important for our treatment business and for the clients we serve,” said Shayne Sundholm, CEO of Clean Recovery Centers. “Going in-network makes it easier for clients with these insurance policies to be admitted to our Center, and it saves them a significant amount of money.”

Sundholm added that Clean Recovery is working hard to get in-network with numerous other providers. Currently, the treatment facility accepts almost all insurance policies out-of-network.

Clean Recovery Centers is Joint Commission Accredited and Legitscript approved and offers Day/Night Treatment with Community Housing (PHP), Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient levels of care. All services are delivered in a clinically and medically phased approach geared towards permanent recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.

“Very soon, we anticipate adding a residential level of care for mental health,” Sundholm said. “Our clinical and medical program is very powerful and highly unique. We consider it best-in-class. The program combines leading edge Western and Eastern holistic approaches.”

Clean follows a Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) model that includes vocational, educational and post care planning for clients. Therapeutic leisure activities included yoga, physio, massage, a gym and games room plus a beach and other fun and helpful activities.

The 10,000 square foot treatment center is state-of-the art and includes yoga and physio areas, a Zen room and a therapeutic games room. The Level IV FARR certified community and transitional living accommodations are clean, comfortable, well adorned and monitored 24/7 via CCTV and BHTs.

“We also feature an Alumni Program and a Client Sobriety App for ongoing care and support post-treatment,” Sundholm noted.
